Dr. Ori Nissim LEVI - an expert in nuclear defense, has a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from Hofstra University, Long Island, New York, an MBA, specializing in Economics from
Bradford University, UK, and PhD in political science international relations at the University of BBU, Romania.
The subject of the research is: Policy for managing nuclear risks at a governmental level, preparations for nuclear incidents, coping during events and national rehabilitation after a nuclear event.
An active Colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces Reserves HFC, serving in operational roles and responsible for the construction of large-scale exercises from the emergency area of earthquake, tsunamis, conventional and non-conventional weapons.
As part of his expertise in planning and implementing organizational processes, he has prepared over 100 organizations for ISO 9000 certification, an experienced speaker at conferences over many years, including DIECE (Disintegration and Integration in East-Central Europe) International Conferences in 2016 (Berlin) and 2017 (Cluj), 2019 (Brussels) and professional panels.
As part of his professional qualifications in the field of managing international crises and nuclear defense, he qualified from a course in managing international crises, is a member of AFNA (Academic Forum for Nuclear Awareness), a committee member of the Peace and Security Association and member of the International Relations Committee of Lahav - Israel Chamber of Independent Organizations and Businesses.
